I Am Loved.

Everyone should get this picture, print it, post it where you can see it, recite it as often as possible out loud, or put it on your computer as your desktop background. Memorize it. Say it in the mirror. Look yourself in the eyes and and “I Love You” followed by these affirmations. When you are down and feeling bad or sorry for yourself, read them. Have them on your smartphone or tablet. These affirmations and many more uplifting from the Law Of Attractions web site and Facebook Page can help you transform your life from one of constant misery and complaining to one of joy and prosperity. Just saying “I Am Loved”, and truly believing it, can be transformative.

I-Am-Loved-LOAAffirmations-Morning-Affirmations

I have this image taped to my wall, upside down, so that when I get on my inversion table every morning I can read them over and over again while I decompress my spine. I do crunches and say them out loud. It beats counting numbers – 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. – and I get to do 39 crunches (I do the list three times) and I would never have the patience for 39 crunches if I just counted to 39. That would be way too boring. It is a great way to start my work day. And each time I say “I Am Loved”, I try and hold the crunch for about 20 seconds. I’ve been doing this for quite a while now and I can tell you two things: I Am Love, and I Have Abs (although you can’t see the abs because they’re hiding in my big pot belly of visceral fat LOL). But I think if you look at me now, as opposed to a couple of years ago, you most certainly see that I am loved. I know this for a fact because I love myself, and even if I were the last person on earth, then, I would still be loved.

It is AMAZING to me how many people think that this is somehow a bad thing, these affirmations. When LOAAffirmations posts content like this, I can’t help being bewildered by the negative comments from people. “All this new age stuff is all about ME” and “isn’t this going to result in a generation of very selfish people?”.  Or how about “I thought this was about living a happy life. Money doesn’t equal happiness” or “I am sick of this hogwash because it doesn’t work, has never worked, and will never work!” or “F**king hell everyone’s trying to use the law of attraction to be rich its true that it will work but it wont make you happy” on the I AM Prosperous post.

I Am Loved. Say it. Having a hard time with this? Here’s why.

We have been brainwashed by a religious theocracy for thousands of years so that we remain “unworthy” and “subservient” and “born with built in sin”. Catholicism calls it “original sin”. How can we be worthy if we are born with the stain of original sin? No wonder so many people live in a fog of denial over their own supreme magnificence. No wonder we hate, and kill, and wage war, and glorify violence. We are, after all, just killing the unworthy, the unholy, the stained and damned sinner-from-birth people that have the indecency to live in a place we want, worship differently, speak differently, act differently, but most of all are born sinners anyway. What a nice, neat system, all packaged with a bow. We’ve been duped.

We are conditioned to believe unhappiness is somehow normal. That something is wrong with happy people, that being unhappy and unhealthy is normal. That the only way to get the attention of all the other unhappy people is to constantly complain about how unhealthy we are, and be better at complaining and have bigger issues and problems. That makes us “special” in the eyes of whatever God we believe in. Blessed are the sick.

Just think of every big family gathering that you have ever attended and tell me if the topic of after dinner conversation does not revolve around these things: other peoples misery and how they brought it on themselves, how many problems and ailments and external forces are making the lives of the talkers miserable, and how anyone not in the room has this, that, or the other wrong with them, their lives, their kids, or their choices in life.

Brainwashed to believe that money is a sin and the root of all evil – by the very Theocracy that owns and controls all the money, thus forcing us to be accepting of the inevitable dreariness of misery and poor health and poverty with the rest of the “sheeple”, that there is nothing secure, you can’t be secure, because there is a Demon – a Devil – a Satan out to get you and thwart your happiness at every turn.

We are taught from a very young age to believe that we are not worthy of our dreams and desires, that dreams and desires are the devil’s way of distracting you from an invisible God – that to have dreams and desires is hubris, or a lack of humility, and that is a sin.

You must suffer and sacrifice your dreams and desires to be worthy of happiness in a life that you will supposedly live AFTER you waste this one living in denial of all of your miraculous human beauty and ingenuity. Positive Thinking is a “false god” and that only the “one true God” that hates everything good and pleasurable in this life and condemns you to living a life of ignorance, prejudice and fear because to be positive, to believe in yourself, is to have pride which is a sin.

In fact, we are taught, to a degree of incredible efficiency through years of constant bombardment, the totally false lesson that Pride is a sin.

If you think you are blessed, that is the sin of pride. If you have gratitude which is not in the form of thanking the invisible God for doing everything for you and bringing all good things into existence for you, because you can’t possibly have anything to do with your own success, that is the sin of pride. If you believe we are beautiful miracles, creatures filled with immeasurable beauty, love, passion, sensuality, and light, instead of believing that all humans are ugly, stained from birth, low creatures that are undeserving and unworthy of anything good, that is the sin of pride.

To believe and proclaim that you are confident, to believe you are courageous for anything other than lying down for the sword, that is pride. A sin. Because only when you lay your life down to be nothing more than a waste – for the profit of others – can you be considered courageous. Are we not taught that to stand up for your self and believe in your self and fight for your right to live and be happy is not courage, but the sin of pride?

Religion wants you to be unhappy, miserable, unhealthy, impoverished, insecure, unworthy, negative, without blessings, grateful to forces other than your own ability, low and disgusting – ugly, humble, eager to sacrifice your unworthy and unimportant life, and live in fear every day. They want this so they can control you and make you believe that this life is just a big waiting room for the real bliss to follow after you are already dead.

Governments want the same things. They want you to be unhappy, miserable, unhealthy, impoverished, insecure, unworthy, negative, grateful to them, low and disgusting sinners who can only obtain value by sacrificing your life to make the barons of industry ever wealthier with every war.

But I say to that (and say it with me):

I Am Happy

I Am Healthy

I Am Wealthy

I Am Secure

I Am Worthy

I Am Positive

I Am Blessed

I Am Grateful

I Am Beautiful

I Am Confident

I Am Courageous

I Am Excited About Today

I Am Loved

Say these things every day, believe them like you believe the sun will rise every morning, and you will see that before long, you will be speaking the truth and not just an affirmation. If faith moves mountains, true belief changes reality.

Love and Prosperity to you ALL! Have an AWESOME Day!
